4 Hi Intensity workouts you can do on the beach(or anywhere!) 

 

One of my favorite things to do is workout on the beach when I can. Here are 4 HIIT (hi intensity interval training) Tabada style format in which you perform as many reps as possible for 20-40 seconds followed by 10-15 second rest. Repeat 6-8 times. Talk about a really great way to get your heart rate up and incinerates calories! 

Today, I did 40 seconds on with a 20 second rest for 6 rounds. I was dying afterwards! A great challenge and a powerful without you can do anywhere.

1. Plank jacks. In a plank position, bring feet together and back briskly.

2. Diamond clicks. Jump down in to a push-up position, use momentum to kick legs up and back, clicking heels together and down. 

3. Butt kicks into squat jumps

4. Jog squats with hustle backs
*If you really want to push yourself, do sprints!
